MindSage Flow, LLC (“MindSage Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mindfulness and meditation experiences intended to support general wellness, self-awareness, stress management skills, and personal growth. This Wellness Disclaimer explains important limitations and safety information related to our services and content.


Not medical, mental health, or therapeutic care
MindSage Flow is not a medical provider. We are not a mental health provider. We do not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or counseling. Our services and content are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare.

You should always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns you may have. Do not ignore or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on our website or experience in our sessions.

No guarantees or specific results
Mindfulness and meditation experiences are highly individual. Any references to possible benefits (such as relaxation, improved focus, stress reduction, better sleep, or greater emotional regulation) are general in nature and are not guaranteed. Your results may vary, and no specific outcome is promised.

Emergency situations
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Personal responsibility and safety
By participating in our sessions, events, retreats, and related activities, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being      before, during, and after participation.
  2. You will participate at a level that feels safe for you.
  3. You will stop or modify participation immediately if you feel dizzy, short of breath, overwhelmed, triggered, emotionally flooded, or physically uncomfortable.
  4. You understand that meditation and mindfulness practices can occasionally      bring up difficult emotions, memories, or sensations.

If you are unsure whether mindfulness or meditation practices are appropriate for you, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating.


Potential risks and discomforts
Mindfulness and meditation practices are generally safe for many people, but they may involve risks or discomforts, which can include (without limitation):

  • Emotional discomfort, anxiety, sadness, agitation, or irritability
  • Surfacing of difficult memories or trauma responses
  • Changes in mood
  • Physical discomfort from sitting or stillness (such as soreness, numbness, or strain)
  • Lightheadedness or dizziness, especially if practicing breathwork techniques or if you are dehydrated, overheated, or not feeling well

We do not diagnose the cause of any reactions or symptoms. If you experience ongoing distress or concerning symptoms, seek professional support.

Participation with medical or mental health conditions
You should consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating if you have any medical condition, take medications that may affect mood or cognition, or have a mental health condition for which you are currently under care.

If you have a history of trauma, panic attacks, PTSD, dissociation, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or other significant mental health conditions, it may be especially important to consult your clinician before participating and to choose practices that are appropriate for you.

Sessions, events, retreats, and in-studio experiences
MindSage Flow sessions and events may include guided meditation, mindful breathing, body awareness practices, quiet reflection, journaling, mindful listening, and related wellness activities. These are offered for general wellness and educational purposes only.

You understand that participation is voluntary, and you may pause, step out, or stop at any time.

Online content, downloads, and recordings
If we offer audio, video, written materials, or recorded content, that content is also provided for general wellness and educational purposes only and should be used responsibly. Do not use recordings while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring your full attention.

Third-party services and resources
Our website or communications may reference or link to third-party resources, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and references do not constitute medical or mental health advice or endorsements.

Assumption of risk
