- Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, pages, booking tools, and related online services operated by MindSage Flow, LLC (“MindSage Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
- The Site is for general information and services
The Site provides information about our offerings and may allow you to register for events, book sessions, purchase memberships, and make payments. The Site content is provided for general informational purposes and may change at any time.
- No medical or mental health advice
MindSage Flow offers mindfulness and meditation services for general wellness and educational purposes. We are not a medical provider or mental health provider, and the Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or seek immediate professional help. Please read our Wellness Disclaimer for more details.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make purchases unless a parent/guardian provides consent and participates in the registration process where required.
- Booking, purchases, and payments
If you purchase a membership, book a private session, or register for an event/retreat, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay all applicable fees. Your purchases are also governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, Membership Terms, and Events and Retreats Policy, as applicable.
- Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, meditation scripts, audio/video, branding, logos, images, graphics, and page design) are owned by MindSage Flow or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to:
a) use the Site for unlawful purposes
b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks
c) interfere with the Site’s operation or security
d) upload or transmit malicious code
e) post or submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights
- Links to third-party services
The Site may include links to third-party websites or tools (such as scheduling providers, payment processors, or social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
- Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service or event giving rise to the claim.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MindSage Flow from and against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
- Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
