MindSage Flow reflects the heart of my work: mindful awareness, spiritual growth, and the gentle return to one’s true self.
Mind represents clarity, presence, and the ability to see life as it is.
Sage symbolizes wisdom, intuition, and the deeper knowing that comes from lived experience and spiritual practice.
Flow is the natural state we enter when our inner and outer worlds are aligned, when life feels guided rather than forced.
Through practices rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern insight, I help practitioners cultivate peace, clarity, and a deeper sense of flow in their everyday lives.
My intention is to guide others toward their own inner light, creating space for ease, self-discovery, and meaningful spiritual connection.
As part of this path, I am actively earning certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, sound baths, and various healing ceremony modalities.

I am a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, a lifelong spiritual seeker, and someone who believes deeply in the power of love, awareness, and intentional living. My path has woven through many traditions, teachings, and personal experiences, each adding another layer to how I show up for others today.
I come from a background of leadership, structure, and problem-solving, but my spiritual path has shaped me just as strongly. For over a decade, I have studied multiple traditions, spent significant time in monasteries and retreat centers, and immersed myself in meditation practices that cultivate compassion, clarity, and inner steadiness.
The result is a grounded, balanced approach that honors both the mind and the soul.
I help people return to themselves. Through meditation, inner awareness, grounding practices, and simple spiritual tools, I guide individuals to reconnect with clarity, quiet their minds, and open space for healing and insight.
My approach is gentle, supportive, non-judgmental, and accessible. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Everything is rooted in presence, compassion, and the belief that each person already carries the wisdom they seek.
My spiritual foundation is not tied to a single religion or single teacher. Instead, it has been shaped through years of study across a wide spectrum of traditions, including various meditation practices. These practices encompass Zen, Tibetan methods of compassion and mind-training, and mindfulness teachings rooted in engaged Buddhism. I also delve into devotional practices that focus on connection and gratitude, spiritual disciplines that cultivate self-awareness and inner peace, as well as shamanic approaches that explore intuition, energy, and our primal connection to the earth.
Additionally, I have engaged in deep work within Divine Feminine teachings, silent retreats, and women’s circles that emphasize connection, healing, and shared wisdom. All of these experiences contribute to the way I guide others.
In simple terms, my training has covered:

Together, these elements give me a grounded, universal, interfaith approach that honors the truth found in many traditions.
I believe in one Divine God — known by many names around the world: God, Light, Spirit, Source, Allah, the Universe, the Higher Power. Different words, same essence.
I believe we come from this Divine Presence, we return to it, and our purpose is to become living expressions of love — to give it, receive it, and allow it to move through us in ways that help heal the world.
I believe we move through many lifetimes, carrying lessons that shape our growth. I believe our actions and intentions create ripples that follow us, guiding us toward deeper understanding and wisdom.
I believe meditation reconnects us to truth, and that manifestation is our ability to co-create with our Higher Source. I believe that coincidence is God’s way of remaining anonymous.
I believe our bodies carry their own healing intelligence, especially when we slow down, listen, and give ourselves space.
Above all, I believe life is meant to be lived with love, presence, and an open heart.
I currently guide mindfulness and meditation practices at SolRise Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness Studio in Gold Canyon, AZ. In addition to in-person sessions, I also offer corporate onsites and virtual classes.
